my recent stay exceeded all expectations, with a charming decor featuring oak beams creating a cozy atmosphere. the food was fantastic, particularly the butter chicken burger and the breakfasts, which featured a wonderful range. as a frequent visitor to ironbridge, i was thrilled to find an attentive staff making my experience memorable.
the shower configuration was suboptimal.

Quirky historical charm defines the accommodations, complete with oak beams adding a cozy vibe. Scenic river views provide a delightful backdrop while enjoying the hotel's extensive BBQ menu.
The room felt cramped with low ceilings and beams that might be an obstacle for taller guests, leading to a few bumps on the head for those less cautious. The breakfast setup in a different building could use more clear notifications, especially for newcomers. Accessibility issues also linger, with narrow hallways that might concern those with mobility challenges.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the delicious lunch I had with the best burger ever and the cozy atmosphere that made relaxing easy. The hotel offered great spots to unwind, including a lovely garden area and inviting lounge. The only downside was the slightly outdated decor, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

Perfect for a weekend escape
The room was comfy and overlooked the river which was a sight to behold every morning. Plus the evening meal? The meats were really good, a touch cold but that didn't even matter when they tasted that good.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for what we got, I reckon it was worth it.

Perfect chill spot!
We stayed for a night and loved the cozy vibes. The room was big and had a beautiful view of the river. Got to enjoy a fab breakfast at a cute pub nearby. The only bummer was the slow service at dinner, but the food, especially the double cheeseburger, was so worth it!

the room was large and comfy, and it overlooked the river which was so nice to wake up to. only a short walk to the bridge where there's cute coffee shops. the restaurant was lovely, food was well priced, and the breakfast was huge if you wanted it!
the shower head could use a good clean, and the steps outside were kinda squeaky and made some people trip.
